Hand and wrist pain is often linked to problems further up the chain — the elbow, shoulder or cervical spine. Treating the hand alone rarely provides lasting relief.

We assess from the neck downward — because many patients presenting with hand tingling or weakness have a cervical nerve root component that drives or contributes to their symptoms. Treatment combines chiropractic assessment of the cervical spine and upper limb, acupuncture and dry needling for nerve symptoms and local musculature, and joint mobilisation of the wrist and hand where indicated.
