Elbow Pain — Tennis Elbow & Golfer's Elbow

Elbow tendinopathy is one of the most stubborn conditions to treat — not because it can’t be resolved, but because most treatments address the symptom rather than the cause.

WHAT WE COMMONLY SEE

Lateral epicondylalgia (tennis elbow) · Medial epicondylalgia (golfer’s elbow) · Repetitive strain injury from work or sport · Post-fracture elbow stiffness · Elbow pain referred from the neck or shoulder

HOW WE TREAT IT

Effective elbow treatment requires addressing the local tendon, the forearm musculature, and the mechanics of the shoulder and cervical spine — all of which influence load on the elbow. We use a combination of dry needling to the involved tendons and forearm muscles, chiropractic assessment and mobilisation of the elbow and surrounding joints, and shockwave therapy for chronic cases that haven’t responded to rest or standard physiotherapy.
